Report Rent to Build Credit
Paying rent every month is like paying a mortgage (almost). The difference is, until recently, you couldn't report your rent to the credit bureaus in the same way that a mortgage is reported and reap any benefits. Well, now you can. This innovative, credit building program allows you to pay a one-time enrollment fee ($139.95) for 24 months of rental history and then $9.95/month for continuous reporting. There are no contracts and you are free to cancel at any time.
We'll need one form of identification and your lease. We verify your history and rental payments with your management company or landlord. However, if you have a unique situation, no worries. We are usually still able to report. Also, couples or roomates can report as well.
Most clients see an increase within the first 60 days. If you'd like to start getting credit for what is probably your largest monthly expense by reporting your rent, please click the button below to get started.
Get a Secured Credit Card (or two)
It is incredibly important to build credit as you repair and restore. Removing negative items is important. But, often, what is left after disputing is a very sad looking credit report. Nothing negative. Nothing positive. And whether you've experienced this scenario or not, NO CREDIT can be worse than having BAD credit. So, with that said, while we repair your credit, we are also actively involved in building your credit. And one of the best ways to do that is to use secured credit cards. However, the difference between our secured card programs and some others is that we are able to offer widely-recognized secured cards. We have also taken the time to ensure that there are NO hidden fees, that all of the cards we offer report to all three major credit bureaus and have proven to be effective when it comes to maximizing score progression.
Add LEGAL Tradelines to Boost Your Score
IMPORTANT: We operate under the professional and ethical guidelines of both CCA and CROA. WE DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OFFER ILLEGAL TRADELINES (authorized user accounts, CPNs (certified prison numbers), credit sweeps, etc.).
Having the ability to add multiple tradelines to your credit report, with credit limits in excess of $1,500, allows you to immediately decrease your utilization rate which, in turn, will help to boost your credit score.
