6 STEPS TO OPEN THE DOOR TO WINNING CREDIT

1.  WE START WITH YOUR CREDIT REPORTS and SCORES.

  • We provide all of our Clients with an exclusive link to pull their credit reports and scores.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot use the incomplete reports provided by Credit Karma or Credit Sesame.


2.  REVIEW and ANALYZE CREDIT REPORTS.

  • We provide an in-depth audit and analysis of all three reports to determine current challenges and opportunities for success.
  • We map out a strategy to efficiently maximize score progression.


3.  DISPUTING BEGINS.

  • We utilize the FCRA, FDCPA (and other consumer protection laws) to challenge unverifiable, inaccurate and erroneous information on your credit reports.
  • We utilize both factual disputing and compliance methodologies.


4.  WAITING FOR RESPONSES.

  • Once the disputes are sent, we are required to give the CRA's (credit reporting agencies) 30 days, after receipt, to investigate and respond.
  • If they fail to respond within that period of time, we will request the item be removed.
  • If the item cannot be verified within that period of time, we will request the item be removed.
  • If the item IS verified, the CRA must provide proof of verification.  If they cannot, we will request that the item be removed.
  • Sometimes this process can be completed in the first round.  Sometimes it can take multiple rounds.  There is no way for us to provide you with an "exact" time-frame for verification, update or deletion of any particular item.


5.  UPLOAD RESPONSES FROM CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES TO YOUR CLIENT PORTAL

  •  After each round of challenges, you should anticipate a response from the credit reporting agency.  When you receive responses, we ask that you upload them into your client portal.
  • We will then update your file and move on to the next round of challenges, if necessary.
  • Should any of the challenged items come back as verified, with no changes, we follow-up with the credit bureaus and request a response as to why the inaccurate or unverifiable information was not updated or removed.  


6.  REPEAT STEPS 1 THRU 5.

  • We repeat steps 1 thru 5 until adequate score progression is achieved.
  • Upon completion of our Program, our Clients receive a Certificate of Completion and complete an Exit Interview.
  • If necessary, our Clients are welcome to utilize our services, at any time in the future, for the same monthly fee without having to pay any additional administrative fees.
